The Pina Colada Recipe

Getting Caught In The...

Corny song aside,The Pina Colada is a celebrity. Personally it is one of my favorite drinks when I'm by the pool or on a cruise.

I stay away from the prepackaged drink mixes since they usualy contain a ton of things I'd rather not put in my body, like massive amounts of High Fructose Corn Syrup.

This recipe is great for coconut lovers and I strongly recommend giving it a shot, The measurements are for one serving, so multiply depending on how big your party is. Amazon has a great deal on buying cream of coconut in bulk, so check them out if you think you'll be needing a lot of cream of coconut.

What You'll Need
  • 1 1/2 oz of light rum
  • 2 oz of pineapple juice
  • 1 cup of ice
  • 2 oz cream of coconut
  • Pineapple Slice For Garnish

Instructions

1.) Add ingredients into your favorite blender, like the Margaritaville Concoction Maker.

2.)Blend Away until smooth.

3.)Serve in Party Glasses and Sing Rupert Holmes All Night Long.
