The Breville Die Cast Hemisphere has many positive reviews from users concerning its effortless ability to mince, chop, blend, and liquefy a variety of food products from ice and nuts, to tomatoes and onions. The sizeable hole in the blender’s lid makes it easy to insert additional ingredients without interruption when the motor is in operation. The 800BLXL has sensors on its motor that adjusts the speed and time of the product(s) being blended and conveniently shuts off automatically after about a minute of operation.

One complaint by a very small number of users concerning the Breville 800BLXL blender was its tendency to develop air-pockets around the blades while in the process of blending, causing users to have to stop the machine in order to maneuver the product being blended to release the air.
