Creamy Cheese Sauce Recipe
Any basic Alfredo sauce recipe is a mixture of melted parmesan cheese and heavy cream. Yes, its
molten gooey cheese sauce goodness is considered to be white gold by some chefs. Unfortunately, there is, however, one heartbreaking caveat when cooking this delicious cream sauce – it needs to be served immediately or else it will ‘die.’ Not to sound dramatic, but if any Alfredo sauce recipe is left to cool too long, it has the tendency of becoming grainy.
Preparing this exquisite cheese sauce in a blender is the key to making it in a snap. In fact, this recipe works best with the microwave safe containers of any of the small blenders featured here on Blender Benefits. Amazing Alfredo Sauce
What You'll Need
- 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
- 1/2 Stick of Butter
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Handful Fresh Parsley
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
1.)Add all ingredients (but only half the parsley) to a microwave safe vessel of your small blender.
2.)Blend until consistent. Remove blade assembly (or transfer) and Cook in microwave for 2 minutes.
3.)Add remaining parsley. Blend again for 30 seconds.
4.)Serve immediately over pasta, chicken or anything you like!
